✓ 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
NectiqSENSE Holdings, LLC warrants that NectiqSENSE hardware devices will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
1. What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the hardware enclosure, PCB, and electronic components
- Cellular modem and antenna failures under normal operating conditions
- Sensor module failures not caused by exceeding the rated measurement range
2. What is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Operating the device outside specified environmental conditions
- Continuous exposure to NH3 concentrations exceeding 300 ppm
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear, including sensor drift over time
- Consumable sensor elements with limited operational life
- Improper installation
- Cellular service interruptions outside our control
3. Warranty Claim Process
Contact support@nectiqsense.com within the Warranty Period with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective device or provide a refund.

Please read carefully before relying on sensor data for safety decisions.
SENSOR READINGS ARE INDICATIVE, NOT CERTIFIED FOR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE. MEMS SENSORS PROVIDE QUALITATIVE DETECTION ONLY. ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSORS REQUIRE PERIODIC RECALIBRATION. FOR OSHA COMPLIANCE MONITORING, CERTIFIED INDUSTRIAL-GRADE GAS DETECTION EQUIPMENT MUST BE USED IN ADDITION TO THIS PLATFORM.
- Accuracy is affected by temperature, humidity, and cross-sensitivity to other gases
- Sensor performance degrades over time
- Alert thresholds are user-configured — Company makes no guarantee they meet regulatory requirements
5. Cellular Connectivity Disclaimer
Alert delivery depends on cellular network availability, internet connectivity, and third-party services (Twilio, SendGrid). We do not guarantee uninterrupted alert delivery. Do not rely solely on NectiqSENSE alerts in situations where immediate notification is critical to safety.
6. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, THE DEVICES AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability for Safety Incidents
NECTIQSENSE HOLDINGS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER LOSS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON NECTIQSENSE SENSOR DATA OR ALERTS, INCLUDING WHERE SENSOR READINGS WERE INACCURATE, ALERTS WERE NOT DELIVERED, THRESHOLDS WERE CONFIGURED INCORRECTLY, OR THE DEVICE WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of NectiqSENSE complies with all applicable regulations including OSHA, EPA, and any state or local requirements.
