Common questions
Is there a monthly subscription fee?
Pricing includes the hardware, cellular data, and platform access. Contact us for full pricing details — we'll send you a complete proposal with no surprises.
Does it work without WiFi?
Yes. NectiqSENSE uses LTE-M cellular connectivity — the same network technology your phone uses. As long as there's cellular coverage, the device works.† No WiFi, no ethernet, no local network required.
What if there's no power outlet at my location?
We offer a solar power configuration for off-grid deployment. Ask about the solar option when you contact us.
How accurate are the NH3 readings?
The NectiqSENSE NH3 sensor provides real ppm readings in the 1-300 ppm range. That said, no monitoring sensor replaces certified industrial-grade detection equipment for regulatory compliance purposes. We're upfront about this — NectiqSENSE is a monitoring and alerting tool, not a compliance instrument.
Can multiple people access the same device?
Yes. The device owner can invite additional users via email. Invited users get full dashboard access for that device. The owner controls who has access and can remove users at any time.
What happens if the cellular connection drops?
If the device loses cellular connection, it will continue attempting to reconnect. The dashboard will show the device as offline. Once connectivity is restored, normal operation resumes. Alert delivery depends on connectivity — which is why NectiqSENSE should not be the sole safety system in critical environments.
Can I monitor multiple locations from one account?
Yes. Multiple devices can be registered to one account and managed from a single dashboard. You can switch between devices from the device selector in the sidebar.
